This restaurant has a relaxed ambiance with beautiful stained-glass displays and traditional dark wood panelling. The Stubbs Restaurant offers International cuisine with a modern English twist. Our special Hilton Weddings menu service includes a complimentary food tasting for the bride and groom, so you can be sure of the culinary delights that await your friends and family.
