Let’s Talk CashThe passing of valuables in payment for services or goods has been, and still is, the most

common payment method across the globe. Cash, in one form or other has, for centuries,

been king.

Now we hear a new story. Cash is old, cash is out of fashion, emerging technologies are replacing cash and

the future is made up of contactless cards, NFC and electronic payments. We cannot deny that the growth

of contactless, NFC and other electronic transfer based payment have grown significantly in recent years.

However, cash in fact is still a very popular payment medium. In the UK, over 50% of all retail transactions are

still paid with cash according to the most recently published survey by the British Retail Consortium. Even in

markets seen as the leading edge of cashless acceptance, cash is still a significant commodity. In Sweden for

The coin carousel WGR has two specific functions. It not only stores coins but acts as

an escrow to return rejected coins and serves as a payout mechanism. The escrow

returns coins already entered, acting as Last-In/First-out (LiFo) mechanism. The

major design innovation of the WGR is the carousel with 53 compartments in which

50 entered coins can be stored. The carousel’s mechanical design allows all coin

handling to take place within this unit.

The modular design allows several carousels to be placed on top of

each other by using a simple rack construction for a complete coin

storage and payout system.

step approach to alert certain drivers when they exceed configured limits and gives Back-office personal a powerful and

Connect CDP allows you to montor connected deposit machines from one central location. It enables easy planning
