So What is Mindfulness?1. Mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the
present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique.
2. “Moment to moment attention with a non-judgmental mind”
In a work context the practice consists of taking a period of time out to notice and become aware of the present moment through exercises that focus attention on our bodily sensations, breathing, feelings and thoughts.
