(1) Discounts are calculated based on the full Loisir fare (excluding additional paid services) for trains requiring booking (TGVs and INTERCITÉS) excluding Ouigo, or on the regular fare for trains not requiring booking (TERs and INTERCITÉS) priced under our Fare Calendar. Discounts apply to travel inside France (except for journeys entirely within the Greater Paris region) and to the French portions of some international journeys. Discounts greater than 25% are subject to seat availability. The 60% discount does not apply to journeys within a single region. (2) On the day of departure, tickets may be exchanged or refunded for a fee of €3 per person per journey (including transfers), or 50% of the ticket price if it is below €20 (fares at 25/09/2012). You must also pay the difference, if any, between the exchanged ticket and the new one. Tickets may not be exchanged or refunded once the train has departed. Tickets for TER and INTERCITÉS trains not requiring booking may be exchanged free of charge before the first day your ticket is valid. (Tickets are valid for 61 days from the date of issue or from the

travel date marked on your ticket.) Once the validity period has begun, you may only exchange these tickets free of charge if you wish to obtain (for all or part of the original journey) a ticket with a booking, a smaller discount, or an upgrade. For all other exchanges and for cancellations, a 10% fee applies. For tickets on INTERCITÉS trains not requiring booking, exchanges and refunds are free of charge until the train departs, provided that you have reserved a seat or used our e-ticketing service. No exchanges or refunds are allowed once the train has departed. (3) Prices valid at 25/09/2012, excluding special offers. If you are 27 years old when you buy your card, it will be valid only until the day before your 28th birthday. Its validity period may therefore be less than one year.
