Food and beverage must be purchased and served by Hotel. Menu pricing is

subject to change.

GUARANTEE: In order to make your event a success, please confirm your guaranteed

number of attendees three (3) business days prior to your event. The

expected number will act as the final guarantee number if the guarantee

number is not received.

HOUSE CHARGE AND TAX: A 25% F&B staff charge to food and beverage and a 25% House Charge is

applied to meeting room rental and audio visual plus applicable taxes

(currently 9.50%). The House Charge is used to offset the costs of utilities and

equipment and other non-labor expenses. This House Charge is not a tip or

gratuity for services provided by employees and is not distributed to

employees.

SHIPPING: Should you ship boxes/packages for your meeting, they must be addressed to

the attention of the on-site contact handling your function and marked with the

name and date of your function. Due to the limited storage space, we request

that shipments not arrive any earlier than three (3) days prior to your the

group's arrival.
