Returns and Damages: If you wish to return
an order or have received damaged merchandise,

We will issue a call tag or return authorization
number. Orders received without authorization

to inspect returns before issuing credit and
to charge a 20% restocking fee.
Custom Orders: Over or under runs are
sometimes shipped because of the custom
nature of the manufacturing process. Please

Rush Shipments: Orders need to be placed
