Dora RamirezA good receptionist is a rarity and RBC Life is fortunate to have one of the best. Many companies start employees as receptionists and allow them to “work their way up.” Dora Ramirez knows better. She started in the Associate Care Center because she wanted to learn about the company, its mission and its products. Then she wanted to work her way up to the Receptionist position.Why such an unusual approach?“I am the first impression for people visiting RBC Life. I want their visit, whether over the phone or in person, to be positive. I want them to see that we are a company of happy, healthy people. I want them to feel like I feel. To have trust and confidence in what we stand for.Working at RBC has enabled me to learn so much. Probably most importantly, I’ve learned to take care of myself. Do you believe in Match Makers?Mary McCluskey does. A friend of Mary’s had someone for her to meet. The setting was Shanghai, China in 2007 and the meeting went very well. So well, that

a year later Mary traveled half way around the world to visit the 35-year veteran of a Fortune 500 company now living in Arlington, TX. Within a year, they were married.

Mary had studied fashion design at Donge Hua University in Shanghai, a national school with more than 10,000 students and a full practice factory on their campus.

After graduation she worked in marketing and merchandising with several large textile clothing and sportswear companies in China. She enjoyed the organizational skills required to manage the US requests and coordinating the manufacturing with the factories in China. Among her clients were Nike, Reebok, and the NBA. Working with such large companies, she communicated with 10 different Chinese offices and had 10-20 people reporting to her.

Having spent most of her life in China, she quickly adapted to her life in the States. To improve her English she attended classes at the University of Texas-Arlington, several community colleges and her church. Feeling more comfortable with the language and business in America, she was ready to go to work.

The Match Maker worked her magic again. The same friend suggested that Mary should meet Clinton Howard, Founder and CEO of RBC Life. Seeing her potential and knowing of the rapid growth of the Taiwan office and American/Chinese Associates, he hired her to be the new RBC Life Asian Customer Service Manager. She has been training and quickly learning the RBC business for weeks.

I absolutely love this product!! I started using it last year in November - a month before I returned to Germany. When I arrived, everyone asked me if I had a face lift!!! They said, you look 10 yrs younger than you did in October. I am 46 - people now think I look 28.Yesterday I met up with some people I have not seen in 10-12 years and they kept staring at me and said.. OMG, I didn’t recognize you … you look so young … younger than you did the last time we saw you. Your body, your face, OMG, what are you doing...? Did you have a facelift?
