After he did it, it almost became routine.” “In the End, It’s All About Belief!” The Brittain’s journey to Crown Director started long before enrolling in RBC … or even before meeting each other. Sandy was the first to jump into the industry and instantly developed a love for natural products and supplements, which gave her a taste of some early success. “In my early 20’s, I was making more money than most people my age,” Sandy declares. But doing home parties and managing her own product inventory was not the “life-changing event” that eventually ignited her passion. It wasn’t until she saw her mother suffer and eventually pass away from a simple infection at the age of 51 that motivated a deeply personal crusade to help people live better naturally. “To me, it became my mission to tell people about the power of nutrition.” This decision was the catalyst for her next stage of success. Within 30 days, she was surprised to have significantly increased the money she made simply by adding this newfound passion to what she was already doing. Within a year, she had qualified for a car and was enjoying more impressive success. But this journey wasn’t without its challenges. “At first, I did everything wrong,” Sandy admits. From doing 3-hour long presentations to trying to do everything for the people she introduced into the business, she made her share of mistakes. Through it all, however, her passion drove her to overcome fear, learn from mistakes, and constantly improve and refine what she was doing. Ron, on the other hand, decided to go “the corporate route.” After receiving his Masters Degree in Public Administration, and even being accepted to law school, he started working in government and eventually felt a pull toward social work. It was during this time he met and married Sandy. In his career, he enjoyed doing something that improved the quality of people’s lives, which eventually lead him to a position as District Manager for Medicaid in Oregon. But network marketing? That was always “something Sandy did.” When they moved from California to Oregon for Ron’s job, Sandy put her network marketing career on hold. could do together - network marketing. And they’ve been at it ever since.

“I really believe anybody can do this business.”Eventually, both Ron and Sandy began to feel a desire to expand their influence and have an impact on even more lives. So to them, the next logical step was to create and run their very own network marketing company. This was an exhilarating corporate experience that gave them invaluable insights into how to grow and mentor people, what works and what doesn’t with commission plans, and how to create marketing systems that allow anyone to be successful.

About this time, Sandy says, “I got my PhD in network marketing. I learned how to work with all kinds of people and handle all kinds of challenges.” They were both blessed to see that anyone who has a passion and is willing to work can achieve the success they envision for themselves.

Success is a Process!But they never forgot the opportunity that awaits the network marketer, nor the invaluable lessons they learned about building and succeeding in this industry.

Their next step was back to the field where they started building a new organization with another network marketing company. There, they hit leadership levels in record time. But eventually, they started noticing some warning signs as the company they were with started changing product formulas and experiencing legal challenges up to the executive level. It was time to look elsewhere. Enter RBC Life.

“RBC is the Right Place at the Right Time.”Interestingly, the Brittains didn’t jump on board immediately. They had gone into “coast mode” with their business and were cautious and even a bit skeptical. “We didn’t say ‘yes’ until the 4th time we were invited to look at RBC,” Sandy said.

What made the difference? Seeing the stability and science behind the products, the longevity of the company, and an executive team that was above reproach. Both Ron and Sandy both knew that there was no doubt they had found their home.

The global expansion of RBC Life continues to roll out with the opening of our new office in Malaysia. RBC President Steve Brown, accompanied by Kevin Young and Ron & Sandy Brittain, were able to inspect the new office as well as provide remarkable training, and kick off a whirlwind tour throughout Southeast Asia.

In addition to officially opening the office in Kuala Lumpur, Steve and Kevin saw unprecedented crowds show up at special Quick Start Bootcamps and RBC Opportunity events. Newly “Crowned” Directors Ron and Sandy Brittain treated attendees to the latest insights that have most recently propelled them to the highest rank RBC has to offer.

Capacity crowds were on hand in virtually every city for each event, as well as various one-on-one meetings with key leaders and office staff. Here’s a quick peek at the schedule:

For over 3 years, RBC Associates have enjoyed the option to receive their commissions electronically through Paylution®, our secure payment portal. This convenient online tool allows you to avoid the hassles and expense of having to deposit a paper check, as well as giving you the ability to transfer these funds into any bank account in whatever country you might be in.

But this incredible tool not only saves you hassles but is extremely efficient for the company as well. Because of this, we are pleased to announce that after May 1, all Commission payments will be made using this remarkable tool. This means the last paper checks will be sent out around May 14 for April Commissions.

If you have currently chosen to receive a paper check, you will need to switch over to Paylution before that time to ensure a smooth transition in receiving your money. But don’t worry; the process is quick and easy when you follow these simple steps:

• Go to the enrollment form by clicking on the Paylution button in your back office

• Enter your email address (a unique email address must be used for each Associate account)

• Enter your contact information, including your Associate ID

• Click the Submit button

From here, RBC will create an account for you. Paylution then will send a link that will allow you to complete the registration process by entering your bank information. Just follow the instructions in the email and you’re set!

Please note: for your security, a unique email address must be used to identify you as the recipient of your commissions. This is why you need to be sure not to use an email address that might be shared by someone else.

So, be sure to get the word out to anyone you know who is currently receiving a paper check from RBC so that they, too, can enjoy the speed and convenience of online payments!

To some, November might feel a long way off. But for those who are currently striving to earn points for the RBC Life Leadership Retreat, it’s just around the corner. And many of you have made some remarkable progress toward earning this trip for both you and a partner. Here’s a few stats to show the progress that is being made.

• We currently have over 1,600 associates who have, in one way or another, earned points toward the November Leadership Retreat.

• While ¾ of these are from the U.S. and Canada, our newer markets like Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Aus-tralia, and even Malaysia are showing impressive prog-ress toward qualifying Associates for the retreat.

• 80 have already hit Bronze, demonstrating that the most direct way to earn points would be to attain the rank of Bronze Director and maintain it.
