  • Culture has a direct impact on Satisfaction/Commitment Culture at Youtech- Relaxed, Laid-back (Supportive & Innovative) Employees attribute culture to their personal satisfaction, commitment AND the success of the business.

    Implications

  • Employee Quotes: On diversity in culture: Our different personalities, talents, and passions help to touch on so many different ideas that one project could potentially encompass. On their work environment: It keeps us focused at the right times, allows us to take a step back when necessary, allows us to mainly work on what we are interested in and good at, and brings us together and allows us to admire one another's talents and workmanship. The work environment [at Youtech] increases our creativity and job satisfaction. Having an enjoyable place to work makes people enjoy coming to work, which helps a lot in being productive and happy. When you love what you do, you never work a day in your life. #YOUTECH

  • From our research we have found that in this case, a more laid back, diverse corporate culture increases job satisfaction & commitment, therefore increasing

    productivity & motivation in employees, which then allows for success of the business. In the field of marketing/

    advertising, perhaps a more relaxed & laidback cultural environment is more suitable for a business to thrive.
