Cohort Coaching provides, in a cost effective way, both the expertise of the coach along with meaningful learning and support from a group of peers that will not exceed five leaders.

A CFG is a professional learning community consisting of approximately seven educators who regularly convene via telephone/Skype and at two conferences each year.

Leadership Development Courses and Programs

Courses and programs work best in concert with leadership coaching. They can also be

used independently.

Custom Learning Plan Design YUSP expert consultants will work with either the coach, a newly appointed principal, and/or the school governing body to create a customized professional learning plan that will support, develop, and enrich the specific needs of a new leader .

$1,500 + the cost of selected PD learning modules.

Professional Cohort Coaching

A nine-month, weekly, blended learning, intensive leadership development program that emphasizes developing the language and lens of leadership, and understanding how to successfully lead schools in the 21st Century.
