Leather is an animal skin so it contains natural scarring and marking. This is not a

defect but a characteristic that makes each skin unique. Because of this, and because

our products are individually handmade, your actual purchased product will differ

slightly from the product images in this catalogue and on our website at

www.zoosch.co.za. Characteristics that may vary are colour, stitching and markings.

We quality inspect each of our products before it is dispatched to you.

Each item is checked in great detail to ensure you are entirely satisfied with your

unique purchase.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Zoosch handbag, you may return it for

repair, exchange or refund subject to our terms and conditions below:

1. The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

2. Written notice must be sent to us together with your contact details

3. The item must be returned unused in the original condition that it was received, with packaging

undamaged and intact.

4. We offer a repair up to 12 months from date of purchase, should the problem be due to poor workmanship.

5. All exchanges and replacements are entirely at the discretion of the Zoosch quality control representative.

Our Quality Guarantee

Leather, in general, is made to last. In order for leather to improve with age, special care is required. Please follow our simple leather-care tips below to keep your bag in its original high quality condition.

1. Always handle your bag with clean hands. When cleaning, use a soft, undyed, dry cloth and rub in gentle circular motions to blend imperfections.

2. Treat the leather with appropriate leather cleaners. Never use harsh household products. Be aware that certain oils can cause the leather to darken in colour.

3. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight as this will darken the colour of the leather.

4. Avoid liquids. It is suggested that water spillages be left to dry naturally as heating will cause the leather to crinkle.

5. Avoid rough and abrasive surfaces and metals as these will scratch the leather of your bag.

6. Bags should be stored in the provided Zoosch cloth bag to protect the surface and avoid scratching.
