COMPANY INCORPORATION

Recently the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has

accepted the new Companies Act 2013 which

provided many simplifications for various

sections of the old Act.

In June 2015 INC-29 has been introduced, as

per newly introduced rules under the

Companies Act 2013 for company

incorporation.

EForm INC-29 deals with the single application for approval of

name of the company, incorporation of a new company and/or

application for allotment of DIN. This eForm is accompanied byapplication for allotment of DIN. This eForm is accompanied by

supporting documents including details of Directors & subscribers,

MoA and AoA etc. Once the eForm is processed and found

complete, company would be registered and CIN would be

allocated.

The entire processing of registering a company can be completed

within a span of two weeks now. And sometimes even faster.
