SUMMERLEADERSHIP TRAININGJULY 8-12, 2015 • WASHINGTON, DC

ZETA PHI BETA SORORITY, INCORPORATED

T R A I N I N G G U I D E

from our International Grand BasileusGreetings

I am excited to extend a personal invitation to join us this summer in Washington, DC to learn how to become better leaders.

The Zeta Organizational Leadership (ZOL) Program committee has prepared a power-packed curriculum that will keep you engaged as we continue “Building on the Principles of Zeta While Blazing New Paths”. The tailor-made leadership modules will enhance your skill-set and talents so that we can take Zeta to the next level.

Leadership and training are fundamental components of any organization. The planned curriculum will enable us to not only be successful in Zeta but these tools will propel us to be successful as we matriculate from college, motivate employees, and make positive changes throughout our communities. When we do better, Zeta does better. Our goal is to create better leaders for the world!

Congratulations to Dr. Rosie Pridgen and the ZOL Committee for developing this type of curriculum and working feverishly to ensure a successful program. On behalf of the national leadership training and development teams, join me, your sorors, and Amicae at the 2015 ZOL training program. I hope that everyone will leave empowered, energized, and equipped to apply practical skills and resources for immediate use in your respective chapters, auxiliaries, states, and regions.

I look forward to seeing you in Washington, DC!

Serving for the love of Zeta,

Mary Breaux Wright International Grand Basileus
