Vivian teeth is a brand new zine full of adventure. The idea behinde this publication was to build a space where we could show case the adventures, people and ideas we have while on the road. As this zine developes we hope to introduce you to a bunch more creative minds as well as take you to places like New York, Swedan, Fance and Russia. We hope you enjoy this visual montaj and we look foward to bring you the next one soon.

and i loved It !!

It took to me with a block of wood.

It punched me right in the face.

This past month beat the shit out of me.

It held me down and lashed me with a leather whip.

A TWENTY ONE DAY HUNT...

This past month beat the shit out of me. It held me down and lashed me with a leather whip. It took to me with a block of wood. It punched me right in the face. And i loved it. Warren, Jack and myself were a tidy little threesome for the month. and we couldn’t wait to hit the road for some sunsets and giggles. It’s a funny thing that whole chasing waves and swells gig. we spent a solid 3 weeks doing it and fuck, it was nowhere near as easy as we first expected.. We must have driven close to 2000 kms in search of anything shootable and puntable. We had decided at the start of the month that we were going to try and put together a little video for Taylors new interection competition. Too easy we though, 3 weeks of chasing waves and shooting, we should be fine. We were wrong.

Endless amounts of time were spent driving and searching. check. driving. stopping. checking. too small. too big. too sharky. too windy. not windy enough. the east coast gave a few glimers of hope but it was really only one or two days.

Luckily god and some huge storms created the west coast of australia because that place was our saviour at the end of the month. We originally set sail for bali but due to my crooked little full passport i wasnt allowed to travel overseas, so we detoured and landed in WA. not really knowing what to expect. The day we got there was 100 foot, windy and rainy. not cool. we had 5 days to get clips. or our whole month had been a waste.

for the next 4 days it dropped and we got some wicked little puntable, fun session in that allowed for a few little keepers to be logged.

Straight outta west oz and back to the final shoot one day before editing had to begin.

We had arranged to shoot one of jacks friends, cappie, at an old abandoned school we had heard about. I did a recon mission to scout locations at the school by myself but upon arriving discovered it looked like something out of a horror movie. i quickly retreated but figured once we had a few people there it wasn’t as haunted as first thought.

We bundled up our lights, cameras and a dodgy little smoke machine and went to work. Cappie was amazing. the whole thing reached its cresendo when the police came and kicked us out for trespassing on private property. They were very unhappy with us being there... untill they saw cappie open tshirt and immediatly changed their tone.

From the shoot to the editing bay the next day and kai and jack worked thier magic tying the whole thing together and spewed out the final product.

Warren said it looks like the trailer for the new twilight movie. Fuck warren. He’s just a complaining little grog monster. DA.
