We have conducted the audit of the records and systems maintained by sharepro sewices(1ndia)

Pvt Ltd(hereinafter referred to as "sharepro") acting as Registrar & Share Transfer agent of MIS

Chartered Logistics Limited(hereinafter referred to as Tornpany")with respect to dividends paid and

transfer of equity shares of the company presently having its registered office at ~-1,4'~~1oor,~ay

Tower,Ankur Commercial Centre,Naranpura,Ahmedabad-380015 Gujarat to determine whether

dividend have been paid to actualfbeneficial shareholders and whether securities have been ,

transferred as per the provisions of law.The audit has been conducted in terms of directives of

Securities Exchange Board of India vide its order dated 22"* March,2016.

The audit was conducted in a manner that provided us a reasonable basis of evaluating the systems

and processes followed by sharepro in relation to payment of dividend and share transfers of the

company to ascertain compliances of law and system followed by sharepro and expressing our

opinion thereon. Our responsibility is to express our opinion on these records based on our audit.

We have followed the audit procedures and practices as-were appropriate to obtain reasonable

assurance about the correctness of the contents of the secretarial records.The verification was done

For the purpose of verification of compliance system Prevailing at the office of sharepro in relation
