تقيمه وزارة الكهرباء للفترة 18 -21نيسان 2016 وبتنظيم شركة

في العراق.ويقام المعرض برعاية وزارة الكهرباء وبإسناد مجلس رئاسة الوزراء و وزارة النفط وبمشاركة وزارة الصناعة

والمعادن و التخطيط والعلوم والتكنلوجيا والموارد المائية والتجارة والهيئة الوطنية لإلستثمار.في تساهم واستثمارات ومنتجات ومعدات تقنيات من المشاركة الشركات ستعرضه بما ستهتم حيث

أهداف وزارة الكهرباء 2013 – 2017

رسم سياسة المنظومة الكهربائية ووضع الخطط العلمية لما يتناسب مع التطور التكنلوجي في مجال . 1الطاقة واإلشراف على تنفيذ هذه السياسة في جميع المفاصل الحيوية في الوزارة ومتابعة أوجه النشاط

في مختلف مجاالت الكهرباء لتحقيق كامل الطاقة في مجال اإلنتاج والنقل والتوزيع.أإلشراف على دراسة وتنفيذ المشاريع الكهربائية ذات األهمية التطويرية العلمية.. 2وضع نظم اإلحصاءات والبيانات المتعلقة بالكهرباء في كافة المجاالت.. 3العربية . 4 البالد بين الفنية الكهربائية والمعونة الطاقة إنتاج التعاون والعالقات في مجاالت أفاق فتح

والعالمية لمواكبة ما لديهم من خبرات لغرض تطور نظم إنتاج الطاقة الكهربائية.تفعيل الحوكمة االلكترونية لغرض النهوض بواقع تكامل المنظومة الكهربائية.. 5التوعية اإلعالمية لتحسين كفاءة استخدام الطاقة الكهربائية في كافة المجاالت وسبل ترشيد استهالك . 6

قطاع انتاج الطاقة الكهربائية

خطة وزارة الكهرباء في قطاع انتاج الطاقة الكهربائية :-أستكمال نصب وتشغيل محطات انتاج طاقة غازية وبطاقة كلية تبلغ 10000 ميكا واط . تأهيل محطات انتاج الطاقة العاملة واعادتها للعمل ضمن سعاتها التصميمية . تطوير محطات أنتاج الطاقة ذات الدورة البسيطة الى محطات ذات دورة مركبة لزيادة كفاءة تشغيل منظومة

انتاج الطاقة في الشبكة الكهربائية .بناء محطات انتاج طاقة بخارية وبقدرات توليدية كبيرة لزيادة القدرات االنتاجية للمنظومة الكهربائية .

قطاع السيطرة واالتصاالت

السيطرة قطاع في الكهرباء وزارة خطة واالتصاالت:-

إنشاء مركز سيطرة وطني جديد . إنشاء مركز سيطرة على مستوى محطات نقل

الطاقة عدد 2 .توزيع مستوى على سيطرة مراكز إنشاء

متطورة إتصاالت منظومة مع المحافظات ولسبعة محافظات .

الطاقة نقل لخطوط األرضي السلك إبدال OPGW الكهربائية بسلك أرضي ضوئي نوعوبطول 3000 كم مع االجهزة الطرفية للمواقع

المشمولة بالخدمة الضوئية.

الحكومة و االستثمار وأهمية إستقرار الطاقة الكهربائية:-

الخطط ناحية تطور وبناء العراق من العراق تحدي هام لمستقبل الطاقة في تعد اهمية استقرار االستثمارية لنموه المستقبلي حيث تبذل جهود كبيرة لزيادة توليد و انتاج الطاقة وتوزيعها من اجل تحقيق الخطط الطموحة للحكومة في بناء 3.500.000 وحدة سكنية في انحاء البالد والحاجة لتطوير البنية التحتية للتمكن من استكمال المشاريع الخدمية للحياة العصرية وانشاء المجمعات الصناعية.

للطاقة القصير المدى وعلى الوزارة خطة المتجددة : -

بأستخدام الحكومي الذاتي التوليد مشروع مقر في الفوتوفولتائية الشمسية الطاقة تزامنيا مع تربط الوزارة بسعة 0.7 ميكاواط

الشبكة الوطنية مشاريع أربع في األستثمار باب فتح

للطاقة المتجددة ) الشمسية والرياح ( .الكهربائية الطاقة مشروع تجهيز

الشبكة عن المعزول السلمان لقضاء الوطنية بأستخدام الطاقة الشمسية

وبالتعاون مع وزارة الصناعةالطاقة تطبيقات استخدام

المستهلك جانب في المتجددة , االضاءة )السخان الشمسي مثل أنتاج وحدات و LED الحديثة

. ) PV الطاقة الكهربائية الذاتيةالمدى وعلى الوزارة خطة

البعيد: نصب محطات انتاج تعمل ان و خاصة الشمسية بالطاقة في الكامنة الشمسية الطاقة كيلو 2000 ب وتقدر واعدة العراق

The ministry’s short term plan for renewable energy:-

• Self-government project generation using solar energy at the ministry’s

headquarters with a capacity of 0.7 MW linking synchronously with the

national grid.• Open the door of investment in four projects for renewable energy (solar and wind)• The project of processing power to Al-Salman isolated district from the national grid using solar energy, in collaboration with the Ministry of Industry• Using renewable energy applications in the consumer side such as (solar heater, Modern Lighting LED and electrical energy production self-units PV). • The ministry’s long term plan: Installing solar-powered production plants especially that potential solar energy in Iraq is promising and estimated 2000 kilowatt

Control and communications sector

The Ministry of Electricity Plan in power control, communications:-• Establishing a new national control center • Establish 2 control center on the level of

energy transfer stations.• Create control centers at the provincial

distribution level with sophisticated communication system for seven provinces.

• Replacement of ground wire of power transmission lines with 3000 km length OPGW optical ground wire with peripherals sites covered by the optical service.

The Government and Investment, and the Importance of Electric Power Stability:-

The electric power stability represents an important challenge for Iraq’s future in developing and putting new investment plans for a more advanced future. Enormous efforts are being put to enhance electric power production and distribution in order to achieve the government plans in building 3.500.000 residential units through the country, and the need to develop the infra-structure in order to resume the service projects for a modern life and building new industrial compounds.

Electric Power Production Sector

The plan of the Ministry of Electricity in the sector of producing Electric power:-• Complete the installation and operation of power plants which produce gas and with

capacity of 10,000 megawatts.• Rehabilitation of energy production plants and brings it back to work within design

capacity.• The development of power plants with a simple cycle to combined cycle plants to increase

the operating efficiency of the energy production system in the electric grid.• Build power stations produce steam and large obstetric capabilities to increase the

productive capacity of the electrical system

Electric power transmission Sector

The plan of the Ministry of Electricity in the sector oftransmitting Electric power:-• Building 9 (400 K.V.) stations to support • Building more than 85 transmitting

stations (132/33 K.v) to support infrastructure of the energy transmitting sector.

• Rehabilitating the old transmitting cables with low thermal capacities.

• Installing transmitting stations with the capacity of 3 X 90 mega volt. Amp near the load centers.

• Using ground cables 1 x 2000 mm2 in the transmitting networks with a voltage of 132 kV to connect many suggested (400 K.V) stations to discharge loads from Investment stations IPP.

• Use Quartet Quad conductors in the transport networks and 400 kV voltages.

• Installing autotransformers with the capacity of 500 Mega volts/ AMP in the secondary transfer stations with the voltage of 400 K. near the center of the loads.

• Using the thermal wires in power transmission lines 132 kV.

Power distribution Sector

The Plan of the Ministry of Electricity for the sector of power distribution:-• Altering air distribution networks to

ground networks within the city centers in Baghdad and provenances, up to 400,000 Houses.

• Set up more than 400 distribution station (33/11 kV.). -

• Rehabilitation of more than 200 distribution station (33/11 kV. Q)

• The application of energy efficiency programs in the field of distribution networks.

• Creating operation and control centers in the distribution networks throughout Iraq by 7 Centers

• Reduce wasted in power distribution networks.

• Resolve bottlenecks developments in electric power distribution networks.

• Implementation of networks for new residential neighborhoods by 300,000 Houses.

• Implementation of 33 kV feeders (3500 km overhead lines, 5,000 km of ground cables).

• Implementation of 11 kV feeders. (10,000 km overhead lines, 8,000 km ground cables).

• Developing distribution networks.• New tariff structure.• Rationalization consumption of

electricity.• Improve the power factor.

5. Activation of e-governance for the purpose of the advancement of the integration of the electrical system.

6. Media awareness to improve the efficient use of electrical energy in all fields and ways of saving energy and coordination with the consumption of imported entities in the public and private sector electric appliances not to import high-energy-consuming devices.

7. Studying economic feasibility of the production of electrical energy through renewable energies and opportunities for development and investment in the energy field.

8. Improve the quality of the electrical system in the industrial, commercial and residential installations through the adoption of the principle of economic calculation and efficient use of public funds and effectiveness in achieving the objectives of developmental development in the field of energy development plans.

9. Pursuit of continuity of work in power plants in a better way during annual maintenance and Preventive both of generating units and transport networks and stations distribution procedures and rehabilitation of old ones of them up to High reliability and stable system to secure the first demand In order to provide rotary and static reserves to increase the efficiency of the electrical system.

10. Seeking to add new capabilities of generating plants (steam, gas, hydroelectric, clean energy) through the addition of new projects and the Secondary distribution stations and the expansion of the electricity network to keep pace with the evolution of the system and the need for the required energy.

11. Seek to monitor cases of manipulation, corruption, irregularities and abuses in all its forms that belong to the Ministry of Electricity and displayed it to the Top officials for the purpose of finding ways according to a scientific study for the purpose of eliminating them.

12. Seek to supplement the existing capacities in the private and public sector and benefit from it in the energy production process through the involvement of seminars, conferences and exhibitions held by the ministry found on the potential available for the purpose they have and ways of energy development.

13. Initiating controls and new instructions for the collection of financial resources backed by state laws.

14. Interconnecting electrical network with neighboring countries and the linkage of the eight countries.

4. Electrical power distribution networks - Distribution substations (Trunking, smart energy standards, protection devices, cables, distribution transformers, street lighting using economic bulbs, load control systems of electric power - energy efficiency).

Tigris through the establishing of dams to ensure a high level of water, to insure the operation of power stations.

2. Plans for the purpose of preparing for peak load for this year and next years by conducting field work teams aim to cleaning rivers and remove all plankton and sediments, so secure an easy water flow to the dams.

3. Coordinating and cooperating with neighboring countries for the purpose of securing Iraq’s share of water to raise the level of the river, which contributes in a continuous station operation.

Ministry of Industry and Minerals:1. Increase the level of cooperation in the field of imported and

manufacturing expensive price parts.2. Developing the staff skills of the Ministry of Electricity,

particularly engineering and technical.3. Optimum preparation to meet the needs of the stations of raw

materials and chemicals.4. Priority for the Ministry of Electricity status within the annual

budget.
