Our self-developed internal heating curing technique and computer controlled winding allows quality control during the whole course of production. At Novafast we know when composite materials are installed correctly, end users get maximum operating bene�ts from their NovaFlo® or NovaLine™ piping systems. It is proven that most composite pipeline failures occur at the commissioning phase of a project; it is our vision to ensure this does not happen. We implement this by enrolling Pipe Installers and Supervisors through to Engineers and Quality Inspectors in our specialised courses. Each course has both a practical and theory component. The participant is then required to demonstrate their understanding of NovaFlo® or NovaLine™ piping systems by completing a closed book examination. On completion of the nominated course, the student is issued a certi�cate in accordance with: • RIICRC208D Lay Pipes• ISO 14692-4 D4 GRE Jointer• ISO 14692-4 D5 GRE Supervisor• ISO 14692-4 D6 GRE Inspector Our courses are the �rst of its kind, as we simulate live worksite with in �eld experiences. The course can also be set up on site for a nominated project.
