The primary deliverable is a report and onsite presentation that offers architectural review findings, and outlines recommendations for improving the acquisition, transformation, analysis and consumption of information. To provide quality assurance and ensure success, Kforce will assign an executive sponsor, subject matter expert and technical expert. The project will typically span approximately four weeks.

To create current and future state models of the BI program and develop a roadmap for success, Kforce may use a variety of assessment techniques, as depicted above. The techniques ultimately generate a gap analysis which forms the basis for the roadmap and BI strategy.
