What does it take to have a successful career in UX?

We surveyed current UX professionals to find out! Here are their words of advice.

“UX process isn't something ‘static’. It's iterative and it tries to understand the needs (or desires) of humans. It's all about stay curious and try: try better, try harder. It isn't only a few sketches or some flows. It's understanding process and failure is only a way to eliminate some possible ways to do things. So don't be scared about that.”
