Reindeer Come to Westfield
Extreme Reading Challenge
Last week, School 21 visited Westfield Shopping Centre as part of a social
skills and communication outing. Children enjoyed riding the DLR, feeding
the reindeer at Santa's Grotto, viewing the Olympic park, and playing in the
children's area. We would like to thank our Year 7 Leader, Raheem Yaseen,
for his help and dedication to our Reception children.
We already knew that the School21 team just love to read, but some of the staff couldn't wait to get started on their Christmas challenge! Check out these snaps of Miss Hardy and Miss Baxendale doing some "Extreme reading!"
Message from our
Primary Governor
No doubt you are all excited about the
children's impending Christmas
production, which I'm sure will be
fantastic. Following the presentation, I
was hoping that parents might want
to come along to a Christmas lunch
from 11:15-11:30 at the Best Café
(Stratford Broadway, near the Old
Town Hall). This will give us an
opportunity to meet one another,
have a friendly chat and celebrate the
Christmas season together. I hope to
see you all there, Leonda
