ETDE Highlights
• Next year will be 25th anniversary for ETDE• Currently, have 14 member countries, plus one
country with database access provisions• Close to 100 developing countries granted free
access; a few since last meeting have moved into higher World Bank ranking, so no longer eligible
• Encourage and welcome membership interest – subscription option coming, too

Current statistics
• ETDEWEB currently has over 4.56 million citations
• Over 434,000 PDFs (plus now some videos (see later topic))
• Well over a million doi’s and other links to full text around the world
• Coverage of WEC conference completed soon (final French items translated by CA)

Usage
• Usage continues to grow; smaller number of individual logins and more IP and domain access
• 2011 – year of federated search – a few other systems searching ETDEWEB with metasearch; WorldWideScience, GetInfo, EBSCO, SerialSolutions
• Finally making progress, we think, with Google
