Meaning of the project The aim of the project: increase in volume of producing glued products as well as
reducing the cost by modernization of existing wood-processing complex in
Krasnoyarsk. The modernization includes both purchase of new equipment, and
infrastructure development.
Main advantages of the project:
• the project is implemented on the basis of an existing enterprise, that considerably
reduces time of investment stage;
• available capacities are the basis for the future enterprise, hence the project conducts
operating activities and brings profit since it starts;
• company-initiator of the project has huge technological experience and experience in
sales, that ensures efficient technological solutions, as well as a detailed marketing of
the project. It significantly reduces errors when creating and launching new production;
• Staff of the existing enterprise will work according to the project and become the
basis for formation of a new team of work groups. The overall number of staff will
increase slightly due to the high automation of the new equipment.
Description of the planned production The main type of planned products is building glued laminated timber. These products
are today the most modern material for house-building from the wood.
Glued laminated timber, created from a valuable specie - angarsk pine, provides
houses with symmetry and corresponding size. It keeps the humidity level, and it also
excludes prone to cracking.
This building material has a smooth and perfectly treated outer surface which does not
require fittings. After assembling the construction of glued laminated timber has great
accuracy of connection of house elements and sustainable density. This significantly
increases the strength of the house; walls are not frozen, protected from drafts and
atmospheric precipitation.
The house is built in one season, and people may move in it immediately, as glued
laminated timber does not related to deformation and has a minimal shrinkage - not
more than 2 %.
One of the important characteristics of glued laminated timber is high fire resistance.
This rate of the processed wood is approximately 5 times above, than the same rate of
metal structures. It is also important that the material has high thermal insulation, that
allows reducing heating energy costs.

Meaning of the project the briquettes made of charcoal in the most areas of its use may successfully
replace it. So, the consumption of charcoal and the briquettes made of it
exceeds 20 kg per capita in a year in the European countries, 25 kg in the
Scandinavian countries, over 60 kg in Japan and 0, 7 kg in Russia.
Nonsaturation of the Russian market by the standards of the European
consumption is 2,7 million tons of charcoal and briquettes per capita in a year.
The total market potential taking into account the possibilities of export
deliveries is not less than 10 million tons per year.
Description of the planned production the main advantage of charcoal briquettes is its continuous burning during 5-7
hours, unlike regular charcoal which burns during 1-2 hours. Briquettes are
useful both for cooking and for fireplaces, stoves, saunas etc. Wood briquettes
don’t concede on calorific value to brown coal and can partially or completely
replace it at burning in boiler rooms and in everyday life.

this time. The bark is the major part of the waste generated in the process of
debarking of wood. On the average, the estimated volume of the bark is
ranging from 10 to 14% of the total volume of incoming pure wood. This is
more than 100 thousand cubic m per year
Description of the planned production tannic extract is a tanning semi-finished product, which conforms to the
standards GOST 29277-92. The content of tanning matter in the received
extracts is 60-90%. Biological product is a lingo-carbohydrate complex, which
has a high titer of disputes – (0, 4-0, 8) * 109 JV/g. The content of human
substances in it makes 9-12%, which conforms to the requirements for a
protective biological product “Trikhodermin”. The performance: 8 tons/year

method of producing this material.
There will be selection of modifying agents to reduce foaming temperature within
the range from 730 to 760оC.
There will be calculation of cooling curve of the furnace of annealing glass foam.
Mixture for the producing plates and blocks on the basis of foam-glass crushed
stone and various organic and polymeric binding agents will be tested (cement,
liquid glass, sulfuric, asphalt binder etc)

and finishing materials based on acrylic binders. The plant is constantly
developing new technologies and technical solutions for the needs of the
construction industry, system of housing and utilities services, energy, agriculture
Meaning of the project The project is based on the idea of using as filler not quartz sand, but
microspheric particles /microspheres/, filled with air. They have a diameter of
0,08-0,63 mm.
The main advantage of "Dekor-PT" is very low thermal conductivity coefficient
(0.164 W/(m°С) and heat absorption (9,81 W\m2K).
Savings only in connection with reduction of consumed energy resources, due to
using “Warm floor “Decor-PT” for the area of 36 sq. m are about 2 130 rubles
during the heating season compared to the existing types of insulation and
arrangement of floors.
Description of the planned production The innovative component of the project is the absence of energy consumption.
The operating principle of covering is based on the ability of microspheric
particles reflect heat rays.
Each of the layers operate on the principle of “heat mirror”, resulting in an
interesting effect - the covering is heated a little, but there hung a warmth.
In addition to this it reflects 98% UV-radiation and it is a good sound - and hydro-
insulator.
Covering of "Dekor-PT" also allows not to use the antiquated methods of floor
warming, which require using several layers of material (expanded clay gravel or
polystyrene covered with a sand and cement coupling or wooden flooring). It
increases the time for arrangement of floors, as well as thickness of the finished
insulated floor (not less than 200 mm)

Description of the planned production The technology based on the light and strong steel sections, which are produced
with the special highly accurate equipment with program control.
Already at the design stage high-quality software allows to calculate parameters
of the construction, taking into account all the necessary loads, pave the channels
of communication, calculate and check all fastening elements and holes.
Minimum weight of constructions allows to do without the massive foundations
and special equipment. That leads to a significant reduction of construction costs
and compact dimensions of production equipment allow to produce elements of
the construction right on the construction site.
Constructions based on LSTC is extremely seismic-stable (up to Richter
magnitude 9), so it is available to use them in areas with high seismic activity and
in mountain areas.
The distinctive characteristics of LSTC:
• thickness of the applied steel does not exceed 3.0 mm;
• always use a cold rolled galvanized sheet with a total mass of zinc at least 275
g/sq. m;
• the basis of LSTC is cold formed profiles of open and closed sections;
• one of the distinctive features of LSTC is application of thin-walled profiles
with pre-perforation of the wall (so-called “thermo-profiles”) for fencing

Meaning of the project Electrolyzers of Soderbergh for collection of corrosive gases are equipped with
gas suction system. The most important element of this system is the gas-
collecting bell (GCB), consisting of sections molded from grey cast iron. GCB is
exposed to gas corrosion at temperatures of up to about 973K.
As a result, during the work of electrolyzer cast iron sections are destroyed.
Products of destruction come into the electrolyte, as a result, it reduces grade of
quality of aluminum and, accordingly, its price.
On the project there will be modernization and implementation of the technology
of manufacturing sections GCB with protective enamel covering, composition of
and a method for its manufacture is protected by RF patent.
The proposed method and the material of covering can be used to protect other
products made of cast iron, that are used in conditions of high temperature gas

process is based on a common property of any loose environment: during

Meaning of the project We are developing diagnostic tools of two types of diseases at the
moment: salmonellosis and lung cancer.
The idea is that it is possible to pick up such artificial antibodies, which
will be connected only with certain molecules targets. In our case it is
cancer cells or bacteria. These antibodies are called aptamers.
There are experimental samples of diagnostic tools for these two types of
diseases at the moment.
Diagnostic of lung cancer is carried out by the blood of the person with the
use of the flow cytometer (equipment, allowing to determine the aptamers
marked by fluorescent tag).
The analysis time is 30-60 minutes. The cost analysis will be within the
cost of the average blood test for the detection of tumor markers.
Efficiency is much higher than traditional methods.
We are engaged in finishing of an experimental sample to the industrial
now. Then there will be production certification (medical research, clinic
trials). It is necessary to receive the Registration Certificate of
Roszdravnadzor for the use of any medical products in the territory of the

manufacturing companies use expensive equipment to optimize their
business processes, as in Russia and around the world: SCADA-system,
various automation servers and expensive unique software. It is enough for
small production companies to have relatively simple and reliable
solutions, because of their small circulation. The purchase of expensive
SCADA-system and its commissioning can seriously undermine a budget
of the small company. Besides, the equipment will not be used at 100% of
existing capabilities
Description of the planned production the main objective of the project is the creation of modular electronic
system which is intended for technological processes automation in
manufacturing enterprises of small business (bakeries, farms, cultivation of
vegetables, mushrooms etc.). The core idea is a modular approach during
building the system, at which the client can choose equipment
configuration and buy different models as needed. It is possible to connect
the sensors of temperature, humidity, pressure and also various power
modules to the purchased basic module.
Thus, the scalability problem will be solved here. When a small enterprise
needs to maintain the temperature in two premises, then do this the basic
module, 2 temperature sensors and power module. While maintaining the
temperature, for example, in 5 premises or more, then it is necessary to
additionally purchase a few cheap temperature sensors and replace the
power module. Thus, the basic module will remain the same. The earning
on consulting and also on sale of the developed automation systems is
planned.

engine. And the crankshaft is modified in the rotor.
The developed model will allow:
- to increase the working engine capacity three times;
- to reduce the engine weight twice;
- to reduce fuel consumption for 25-30%;
- to change the degrees of compression in the running mode. This will
allow it to work on various kinds of liquid and gaseous fuels without loss
of efficiency
Description of the planned production 5-camera DoRK internal combustion engine with a displacement of 2.0
liters and the estimated weight of 110 kg will provide the power of 408
KW (498 h.p.) during compression in 9.0. The torque will be 650 N/m (66
kGs/m) even with a frequency of rotation 6000 revolutions per minute.
Also it will reduce fuel consumption for 25-30% per power unit. The
possibility to change the degree of compression in the running mode will
allow it to work on various kinds of liquid and gaseous fuels without loss
of efficiency
