Depart Steenberg at 10h00 and 15h00 daily, return from the V&A Waterfront 15h30 daily Return transfer from the V&A Waterfront after 15h30 is available at an additional cost

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Rates are quoted inclusive of VAT and Tourism Levy and rooms remain subject to availability. • Peak Season : 24 December 2017 – 03 January 2018 (Minimum 4 night stay applicable over these dates) • Above rates quoted are per person sharing. • Rates for our other room categories are available on request. • Single occupancy rates available upon request. • All package elements are non-refundable and not tra nsferrable between different facilities at Steenber g Farm. • Golfers with proof of club affiliation and an official handicap may book tee-off times in advance, with the exception of Saturdays,

which are reserved for members only. Bookings are strongly recommended when confirming y our accommodation reservation in order to avoid disappointment. All b ookings to be done with the reservations department at the hotel.

• Golf included is green fees only (all extras such as caddies, carts are for own account and needs to be booked prior to arrival) • Advance bookings are essential for Steenberg Spa. • Above packages are for FIT bookings only and is valid for a maximum of 5 x rooms (Maximum 10 persons based on Twin

occupancy). Rates for larger groups available upon request.

PAYMENT POLICY :

• A 20% deposit is kindly requested within seven (7) days from date of confirmation to guarantee the reservation (Deposit is refundable as per below cancellation policy)

• Should payment not be received as per stipulated payment policy, Steenberg Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation • Remaining balance is due as stipulated below

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• In the event of a no-show, amendments within 45 days of arrival or a premature departure, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged
