Canteen Program Collection

After all Masses in the Narthex

Each school day the Canteen Program at St. Charles Borromeo, our sister parish in Le Borgne, Haiti

feeds over 950 children a hot lunch at three locations. Help support this vital program by

sponsoring a child for the school year.

$87.00 feeds a child in Haiti lunch at school everyday for a year.

Meg Hunter-Kilmer, Homeless Hobo for Christ:

Her Witness Story

Meg Hunter-Kilmer is a cradle Catholic and a revert brought back to the fold by

a grace-filled confession and the supreme logic of

Catholic doctrine. She has a Bachelors and Masters in Theology from Notre Dame. After 5 years as a full time religion teacher, Meg quit her job and packed everything into the trunk of her car to drive around the country and fly around the world as a hobo missionary in a life of radical obedience and trust in God.

All parishioners are invited to this family event. Lunch will be served.

Our Baptism Preparation Class in English meets today after 11:00am Mass

in the Parish Conference Room. Our class in Spanish will be on November 17 at 2:00pm. No fee or registration is required.

Parents must attend Baptism Preparation class. Classes are held monthly in English & Spanish. See ‘Save the Date’ for upcoming classes. Contact Father Bala to schedule.
