UNIST Leadership Program
Ⅰ. UNIST Leadership Program
1. Purpose• To nurture students through the growing process by which they acquire leadershipskills through teamwork and character-building process under the Instructor'sguidance.
• To listen to other people and respond actively to other's opinion.• Self - Leadership ability reinforcement and motivating the creative mind
2. Main characteristic• Strategic program that develops character and leadership of the students.• Requirement for graduation(Class of 09 - 2 semesters, Class of 10, 11 - 4 semesters)
1. Leadership Program Team Building• 25 students per a team (60 teams)- Indoor and outdoor activities
• Activity time : Every Wednesday 16:30~18:00• Designated classrooms (※Appendix)
2. Leadership Program Point system• Success (S) will be acknowledged upon the completion of 100 points.- The possible maximum points are 120 (60 + 30 + 30)
3. Rewards for the best team• To give each team the spirit of participation and motivation by awarding the teamwhose activity results are outstanding.(Best ₩500,000, excellent ₩300,000)

1. Team Activity• Purpose- Growth of personality and positive energy in order to improve communication skills.
- Team organization and operations, discussions, utterance and group activities that cultivate leadership potential.
• Schedule and Contents
2. In-Campus Culture Program• Purpose- To improve the talent as a global leader by inviting celebrities for special lectures.- To possess the cultural knowledge as a leader through cultural performances ofvarious genre.
• Program Cotents (※Appendix)
• Attention- Students must focus on the lecturer and performance.- Participants must check their attendance while participating in the In-campusculture program.

3. Social Services• Purpose- Through various volunteer works for the disadvantaged groups of the society,students will learn and practice honesty, faithfulness, etc.
• Organization for Volunteer work- Volunteer work at social welfare facility for teenager, the aged, female, children,and the disabled
- Mentoring or volunteer work for rural communities chosen by the localgovernment or UNIST
• Service Hours : Students should complete 15 hours every semester

•They will reflect on the Incan Civilization.
•Magician Choi Hyung-bai•Date : October 19th(Wed) 7 p.m.•Place : UNIST Auditorium •Magic show, a cultural content, that makes peoplepleasant and our life enthusiastic.
•Magician Choi shows Magic that uses parrot, stick, silketc. Audience can also learn magic during magic show.
