BYLAWS Review bylaws for compliance with new

Non-Profit Corporations Act. Hire a Lawyer and Complete the Process.

Membership Operational Efficiency

Updated and Improved Renewal Letters and Expiration of Membership Letter

Developed a new Membership Postcard & sent to Instructors

Updated the Membership Renewal Form Eliminated Expired Memberships from the database

to better reflect our numbers Hired someone to do follow up calls to expired

memberships

Webminder Operational Efficiency

Added HTAC Conference information to website Facilitated too many changes to count Always kept the website up to date Created email accounts for all the Board Members Updated the archives for Nexus Created links to Healing Touch Classes for both

organizations Changed Banner and Logo to reflect French with

Nexus Operational Efficiency

Changed the format to e-newsletter format Hard copies of Nexus sent to the Instructors Deliver it on time Establish a theme for each issue Add more pictures to the Nexus Tribute page to Dorothea Hoover-Kramer Produced an E-Conference 9 page issue
