Highlights Cunard is delighted to announce the 2013 World & Exotic Discoveries programme: between January and April 2013, the youngest fleet in the world will trace three epic routes to an array of enticing destinations. The 2013 programme offers opportunity to join our elegant ships on an array of different sections of their grand adventures, from 8 to 106 nights All three ships will depart from Southampton in January and return to our home port in the spring.

Queen Victoria will follow the curve of the world to the west in 105 nights, weaving around North and Central America, the Panama Canal, Pacific Isles, Australia and New Zealand, Asia, the Arabian Peninsula, Suez Canal and the Mediterranean. Her programme will feature overnight stays in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Sydney and Dubai.

Queen Mary 2 will set off east, across four continents in 106 nights, through the Mediterranean and Red Sea, Arabia, Asia’s southern shore, Australia and looping round New Zealand before returning via southern Africa. Her programme will feature overnight stays in Dubai, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Cape Town.

Queen Elizabeth will follow her own extended route to Oceania and home again. In 91 nights she will cross the Atlantic and the Caribbean, transits the Panama Canal, visit Central America, Pacific isles before exploring four calls in New Zealand ahead of her journey home.

Although intriguingly different, these three itineraries have a common thread, each ventures to Australasia and home again thereby offering the tantalizing possibility to glide Down Under aboard one elegant Cunarder, and return home in the company of another.

Early Booking Offers Book by 30 November 2011 for generous Savings and On Board Spend. Savings and On Board Spend amounts are per person, based on two guests in a stateroom.

Early Booking Savings: With savings of up to £11,260 per couple on a full world voyage (based on Q1 to Q7 grades). The savings vary depending on voyage duration & are tiered by stateroom meta category. A number of staterooms have been set aside with the maximum savings, once these have been sold, the saving may reduce or be withdrawn.

On Board Spend: from $50 to $4180 US Dollars, per couple. On Board Spend varies depending on voyage duration & is tiered by stateroom meta category. On Board Spend can be used for the purchase of drinks, shore excursions, spa treatments or in the on board shops. It is not transferrable, cannot be redeemed for cash, used for medical charges, to book a future voyage or in the casino.

Cunard World Club Members: As an additional incentive for our loyal past guests we will be offering them an additional 5% saving. This will apply after the 10% saving has been deducted and does not apply to Holiday Package Add-Ons, shore hotel stays and private transfers.

Hotel & Dining Charges: Will be complimentary for guests sailing on voyages of 81 nights or more.

Additional 10% Saving: A further 10% saving is available on Queen Mary 2 and Queen Victoria’s voyages booked before 31 August 2011. The 10% saving has not been included in the brochure fare grids and can be calculated by applying it to the voyage only fare after the Early Booking Saving has been deducted. The additional saving does not apply to Holiday Package Add-Ons or any other add on such as shore hotel stays, private transfers etc.

Itineraries

Queen Victoria World Voyage Queen Victoria will depart from her home port in Southampton in January. Her voyage will span across 34 exiting ports in 24 countries in 105 nights, crossing the earth’s three oceans, both tropics and the equator – twice – and undertake dramatic passages along two of its most impressive engineering projects – the Panama and Suez canals. Queen Victoria’s voyage features overnight stays in Sydney, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Dubai, allowing guests to further explore these iconic destinations. This voyage will also witness four maiden calls for Queen Victoria as she visits Falmouth in Jamaica, Bali, Manila and Sokhna.

Queen Mary 2 World Voyage Queen Mary 2’s World Voyage of 106 nights will take guests to the opposite side of the globe and back embracing 34 ports in 18 countries. Hamburg Return Voyages The new programme offers our German guests the opportunity to complete the full World voyage on Queen Victoria both joining and disembarking the ship in Hamburg. As Queen Mary 2 will be departing & returning from her full World voyage on the same dates as Queen Victoria it is also possible for our German guests to combine their Queen Mary 2 World voyage with leisurely voyages to and from Hamburg to make up their full World voyage.

General Policies

Booking Terms 15% of the total fare is due at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable. For bookings made within 90 days of departure we will ask you to pay the full fare amount. Cunard reserves the right to levy a charge for direct payments made to Cunard by credit card. The guest will be advised of the rate of any such charge at the time of making a payment. Credit card charges do not apply to bookings made on board. Debit card payments do not incur a charge. A booking may only be made by a person aged 18 or over. All guests who, at the time of departure, are under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over who will at all times during the holiday be responsible for their welfare, conduct and behaviour. Cunard cannot accept any child under the age of 6 months as a guest.

Cancellation Terms The Guest may cancel the Contract at any time prior to the commencement of the Package via their travel agent or, for Guests who have booked direct, by calling our Reservations Department, but in that event Cunard shall be entitled to levy a cancellation charge as a percentage of the fare paid in accordance with the following scales.

Health Matters & Vaccinations At the time of going to press no vaccinations are compulsory for any of the ports of call in this programme but the Department of Health does however recommend vaccinations for certain countries visited on our voyages. Since these recommendations do change guests should, in good time before departure, seek advice from their GP or ask their travel agent for a copy of the Department of Health’s “Advice on health for travellers”. We also recommend that guests give consideration to having immunisation for Hepatitis A, Typhoid, Polio, Diphtheria and Tetanus.

Travel agents can start promoting details of the 2013 Round World Cruise programme from the 21 June 2011 at 0800am.

There should be NO promotion of this information before this date. What can travel agents do to promote the programme?

From the 21 June 2011, travel agents can begin their own pre-registration activity and can begin to promote details of the 2013 Round World Cruise programme via website/online, direct mail, regional / national press, point of sale.

Marketing teams for P&O Cruises and Cunard Line will action their activity plan from 21 June onwards. There will be direct pre-registration activity for direct bookers. Account Managers will have more information on this, as required.

Please note that there is no restriction to national press, only that this can only take place from the 21 June 2011. Please contact your Account Manager to coordinate your plans.
