Hans is the Director of the International Institute of Digital Marketing. He first began in 2003 as Director of the Java Wireless Competency Center at Ateneo de Manila University, which he still leads today. In 2006, he also founded BlueBlade Technologies, an enterprise that acts as a profit-seeking lab for innovations from Academe.
