    INTRODUCTION

On behalf of the 2015 Board of Directors, welcome to the 2015 competition year!

The IEO is excited to offer six schooling shows for 2015. Five of these shows (May through

September) will count toward both Series End Awards and Member Year End Awards.

New this year is our sixth show in October. The October show affords our membership the

opportunity to compete at the next level of competition. Scores for the October show do not count

toward 2015 awards but may be carried over to 2016 Year-End awards eligibility. This is an

opportunity for our members get a jump on 2016 awards by making the 2016 competition year a

    six show year!

Our schooling shows offer dressage classes from USDF Introductory levels, USEF training

through 4th level, FEI Prix St. George through Grand Prix, Musical Freestyles, the USEA

Eventing tests, and Western Dressage Association of America Tests.

Our shows are stress-free and friendly. We offer great judges, helpful volunteers and safe footing

in a calm, horse and rider friendly atmosphere. If you are new to dressage or just horse shows in

general, come on out and allow our volunteers to guide you through the process.

We have chosen the following venues for 2015:

    Diamond 7 Ranch

    Harmony Hill Farm

    Wellsville Frontier Days Showground

    Friendly Horseman’s Club

The IEO offers great prizes for members and non-members competing in our shows. Where

applicable, there are High Score awards for each level and High Score of the Day awards given

at the Junior/Young Rider; Adult Amateur, and Open/Professional Divisions at each of our

shows. All horse and rider combinations are eligible for the above awards regardless of

membership in the IEO. Only IEO members are eligible for Year-End Awards, which are given at

the annual banquet. See the awards section for eligibility information. Please remember that we

are an all-volunteer organization. If you are interested in helping at any of our shows or other

activities, please contact the show managers or our volunteer chair, Tammy Murphy at

    [email protected].

Periodically information may be added to this Omnibus as it becomes available, please

    see: www.ieodressage.org for updates.
