2. Must join the TSU Community Activity Group in the online Dashboard portal

3. Fitbit Police will monitor activity level. If no activity reported for 1 week or greater, device must be returned to Wellness

Committee member. 4. There are no limits on what healthy lifestyle program is

chosen. As long as participation form and verification have been submitted to committee.

5. Drawing for prizes at the end of the first semester for all participants.
