5. All Exhibitions offer simple cost effective fully furnished 3 x 2m. (6 square metres) Exhibition Booth Packages that simply require your marketing materials to be checked-in at the airport removing inconvenience, risk and cost of freight forwarding and only requires one member of staff to set up during exhibition build.
6. All exhibition booths include 3 complimentary conference delegate registrations to ensure that your staff have access to every area of the event and all event functions to ensure maximum business networking.
7. Arranged with exclusive reduced accommodation rates at the Official Hotel and Venue for your cost saving and convenience.
8. We email you details of all registered delegates one week before the event to enable you to know in advance who will be attending.
9. Within a calendar year, we offer:
* 9 exhibitions for the price of 5 equivalent 45% discount per booth
* 7 exhibitions for the price of 4 equivalent 43% discount per booth
* 5 exhibitions for the price of 3 equivalent 40% discount per booth
* 3 exhibitions for the price of 2 equivalent 33% discount per booth
