Survey testing begins October 3rd. Trained interviewers from Forum Research Inc. will randomly phone a select number of Barrie residents from all 10 City Wards (both cellular and landlines). Residents of Barrie have an equal chance of being contacted before calling is completed on October 25th, 2016. If you are called, please say yes!
