Banquet and Catering Services:

The Hotel St. Regis Detroit is the perfect place to host your upcoming event. The beautiful

4,300 square foot ballroom with 14’ high ceilings will comfortably accommodate meetings and

banquets for up to 300 guests.

Your group will indulge in an unforgettable culinary experience. Choose from a vast selection of

delectable menu items for your catered event. Our professional culinary team will display a

creative and appetizing presentation for your special event, delivered with remarkable service!

Guest Accommodations:

The Hotel St Regis has designed a fashionable ambiance with historic architecture perfect for a

family reunion! In addition to our décor throughout the 125 guest rooms and suites, all of our

guest accommodations feature the following amenities:

Complimentary wireless high speed internet service, personal direct dial phone lines, hair dryers,

irons & ironing boards, alarm clocks with i-pod/i-phone charger, extensive premium TV channel

selections and pay for view channels and complimentary in room coffee.

With reunions we offer one complimentary room night for every additional 25 room nights

booked. These complimentary room nights may be accumulated and used to upgrade to our

deluxe suite. Two complimentary standard room nights can be used for a one complimentary

deluxe suite room night stay.

Additional Services for Reunions

Each reunion starts with a hosted welcome reception. The welcome reception is available the

first night for 1 ½ hours and will consist of refreshments, cookies and brownies if you purchase

this package at the current catering and banquet rates.

We can also provide complimentary hospitality room for your arrival day and for your banquet

dinner with a minimum amount of food and beverage purchased. Please contact us for additional

details.

We offer $10.00 valet parking for events and $20.00 valet for overnight parking per automobile

with unlimited in and out privileges.

Next Steps

We have attached a diagram of our ballroom showing the dimensions and configurations

available and a selection of menus designed for reunion events. Of course if you do have special

requests we will be happy to work with you.

To book your event and hold your dates, a $500.00 deposit is required when making a definite

booking and submitting the signed contract. This deposit will be applied to your banquet event.
