I am the 5th child. As a Maasai girl, I am expected to pass through rites of passage including FGM and early marriage. I was very lucky when my mother decided to take me to school even though she is a single parent with no money. In school, I play netball and I run. I love history lessons and I want to become a Lawyer. I want to understand more about my culture and that of others. Financials – Profit & Loss Report

In summary, the AMGP raised $54,580 in total revenue from fundraising activities during 2017.

After expenses, AMGP profited $48,335 in contributions to the girls' scholarship fund.

To compare this to 2016, total revenue was $45,886 and total profit after expenses was $36,103. So in summary, there was approximately $15,000 gain to the scholarship fund over last year.
