Decor & Details

A versatile space that allows all possibilities of

seating and table arrangements for all types of

functions, put your own special touches to Aura’s

elegant and contemporary space for a truly unique

event.

We have a network of experienced vendors, from

DJs, musicians to decorators, photographers and

more, all of whom we shall be able to introduce to

your event. You are always welcome to hire your

own creative team and have our event planner

work with them on the logistics.

FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS

Our expert florist will put together custom floral

arrangements according to your preferred style.

DJs, MUSICIANS AND AUDIO-VISUAL EQUIPMENT

Jazz up the atmosphere with a live band, or hire a

DJ to take your event into the night. For additional

AV equipment rental, prices are available upon

rental.

WEDDING PLANNING SERVICES

We understand that every event is different and

hence requires tailored solutions. Allow our resident

event planner to assist you with your party at Aura,

from conceptualization to implementation.

Information KEY

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure the booking,

along with the endorsement of a Function Booking Confirmation

Form. Bookings are only confirmed when deposits are received,

and venue/date availability is on a first-come-first-served basis.

VENUE AND DÉCOR

Set up of equipment can only be made within the leased area

of the event and/or within the tenanted space of Aura. No

birdseed, rice, glitter, confetti, and flower petals may be thrown

in or on the premises. Open flame (candles/tea lights inclusive)

are not permitted within the premises. Only free-standing set-up

can be brought in, as no tape, staples, nails or hooks are to be

used on floors, walls, mirrors, beams or ceilings.

No smoking is allowed at Aura/ National Gallery. All guests shall

be directed out of the building to smoke. Aura reserves the

rights to monitor the noise level of all events with entertainment,

live bands and DJs.

All logistics, decorations/flowers must be collected immediately

following your event.

PACKAGES

Our wedding packages are valid with a minimum of 60 guests.

They are non-exchangeable or refundable in cash or in kind.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

All food and beverage must be supplied by Aura.

Menus are customizable, while special menus for guests with

dietary requirements and/or for children can be provided.

GUEST COUNT

An approximate count of people must be given at the time of

reservation. Your final count of people and main course

selections must be given to our Events Coordinator no less than

seven (7) working days prior to the event.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our Events Coordinator must confirm cancellation in writing. A

100% cancellation fee of the estimated total cost of the

function will be imposed with notice of less than 3 working days.

A 50% cancellation fee of the estimated total cost of the

function will be imposed with notice of 7 working days and less.
