Granbury for the annual CHC Men’s
Retreat — April 6-8, 2018
Our program for 2018 Our program for the Men’s Retreat is:
“Meeting Jesus on the Road to Emmaus”
and the study material is the book by the
same name available on Amazon.
Meeting Jesus on the Road to Emmaus: An Invitation to Friendship, Eucharist,
and Christian Community”
by author, Dennis J. Billy
One hour study topics are held at various
times during the weekend, and there is
time to reflect as well.
Camp Crucis Our annual Men’s Retreat is held at Camp
Crucis in Granbury, Texas. The camp is
owned by the Episcopal Diocese of Fort
Worth. As well as the Annual Men’s and
Women’s Retreats, many CHC youth go to
camp there each summer. At Camp Crucis,
we stay in lodge accommodations (Bishops
Pope & Davies Lodges) on the 140 acre prop-
erty, and use the camp’s conference facilities
and dining hall. Worship services are held in
St. John’s Chapel. For more information
about Camp Crucis, visit campcrucis.org.
Evenings around the camp fire At the end of the day, fellowship and lively
discussion can be found by the campfire.

game of golf.
