Once you reach the IAT office, the tour to Luoghi della Cultura (Places of Culture) can begin: a historic and artistic circuit of five cultural sites. Museums can be visited using a pass with scheduled opening times. Along the way numerous ancient and valuable churches can be admired: the Sanctuary of St. Maria Goretti, the church named after the saint born in Corinaldo, is of particular interest.

Corinaldo offers visitors a view of an impressive historical town centre, rich in important baroque and neoclassical monuments.The medieval and renaissance urban circuit fascinates with its mighty walls. It is possible to admire the grandeur of the town’s structure from the outside or to visit it from the inside, walking freely along old routes and climbing ancient fortified arches to enjoy a unique view: gentle rolling hills crowned by an elegant mountainous profile to the south-west.

Leaving the old town, the visit can be extended in the surrounding area.In fact, there are many cycle-pedestrian paths crossing the countryside

that allow you to discover unique sites along the way,such as the birthplace of St. Maria Goretti, the Patregnani’s Old Mill,

as well as to visit one of the many farms producing excellent local products.
