Every successful business has a advertising plan, its as simple as that! If you want to survive you need to be constantly reaching out to new people, sharing your message and convert them into your raving fans. So we need to create interest, capture their details and convert them to your companies products and services. A great advertising plan has both a short and long term strategy for achieving the desired outcomes for your business.

Warning!

Before you commence any of the ideas presented here in the 212 ways to advertise your business for success in network marketing. I strongly recommend that you go back and reexamine your Warm Market as we know, in this business of Network Marketing everything is based on relationships. Remember in order for people to join you they need to KNOW, LIKE and TRUST YOU.So your Warm Market or Centre Of Influence is the quickest and most effective way to build your business and its free!Another point is when speaking with and approaching leads from adverting methods i.e. the Cold Market will require greater skills than dealing with people you already have a relationship with as your warm market will be more open and forgiving of any mistakes your might make but the Cold Market has no need to consider your feelings at this initial stage of the information process. So if you haven’t absolutely exhausted your Warm Market go back now before you begin any of these business building activities.

Testing and Measuring

Testing and measuring is a powerful system to see if what your putting out in to the world is actually working.Consistency will give you a huge benefit over any of your competitors as most people can’t keep a solid focus on anything for long and creating trust in the market is also reliant on how long you’ve been around.Your marketing plan should have a multi prong approach. You should never become reliant on one form of marketing alone no matter how great the results are at the present moment. The only exception to the rule is if your operating in the Warm Market. So Testing and Measuring will play a huge role in the professional business owner. Track your outputs compare each campaign to the next and soon you’ll start to understand who is your target market and begin to niche your service. Targeting the needs of your ideal customer directly.

Creating a Budget

Such a campaign requires a monthly advertisement budget and a willingness to do some of the cheaper forms of lead generation such as flyers to stretch your advertising power. If you don’t wish to do cheap forms of advertising, then you will require a bigger budget to compensate for that.

Get into the habit of sticking a flyer on the driver’s door window of the 4-6 cars around you in every single parking lot where you stop. If you do this consistently the results will accumulate once you have created enough momentum.Introduce yourself and exchange business cards and details with anyone you meet or who asks you what you do. Leave them on shop counters if the owner/manager will give you permission.Leave them in public lavatories next to the wash basin. Whenever you pay a bill in a pub or restaurant, leave a flyer. Basically get used to leaving a paper trail everywhere. Of course you can distribute your advertising in letter boxes though flyers handed directly to a person will always yield higher results especially if you look the part, smile and make eye contact with people. Its all about exercising your creativity.

Creating a Route

Get into the habit of posting your advertising in your local area. Refresh it as often as possible or at least every one – two weeks. This will also help you track whats working if all your brochures are gone by the time you next come it means someone is taking them and now you can decide if the information is converting into responses.The repetition will also help to create additional leads. It is a known fact that people need to see something several times before they will act on it. Most adverting agencies say the magic number is 7. A customer needs to see something 7 times before they start to take notice.

The Sales Process

I use the word process because there is never one thing you do to create the result it is always a combined effort that creates the outcome. The process never stops until you achieve your final outcome. So we are constantly adding new prospects to the “Sales funnel”.

Never rely on one form of marketing alone no matter how good it is producing or the ease of the results. Everything comes down to a cyclic process and what you are reaping in the harvest now will sooner or later will have to return to the sowing process.

Multiple leads generation methods will keep the leads flowing for many reasons, some people respond to different media, some people are not interested or looking for an opportunity when they see your newspaper advertisement, though they might respond differently to a link provided to a website. Let me use this analogy, would you catch more fish with one line in the water or would you have more chances if you had 5 or 6 lines all going at once. Exactly the more avenues you explore the more response you get. Remember NO LEADS, NO BUSINESS! If you don’t have enough people to talk to thats when we become desperate and loose posture. The good news is all the things we are talking about in this report are skills which can be learnt.

The diagram to the (left) explains the process that prospects will go through when you advertise. More leads go into the top of the funnel to fill the pipeline but naturally once you’ve sorted the serious people from the time wasters, and qualified your leads, you will be left with the people you wish to work with.
