Keeping business transformation as the core of its content programme, BIZBARCELONA 2018 has been the must-visit meeting point for the city’s entrepreneurial ecosystem and business activity.
This new edition has seen a rise in the number of quality visitors, attracting SMEs and entrepreneurs looking to learn about tools, trends and resources to tailor businesses to the new era. This will enable them to set up companies in a setting marked by the digital revolution where demand for social and sustainable economy projects is growing.
To cater for the range of business transformation needs, BIZBARCELONA has been divided into four major thematic areas: technological transformation, social transformation, economic and business transformation and The Next.
A new content structure more closely tailored to the specific needs of each business:
BIZBARCELONA is now firmly established as the key event for entrepreneurs and SMEs

BIZ Digital Experience by Sportmas Digital transformation of retail and catering
The show has also had over a hundred visitor care points, specific activities focused on exporting and financing and the BIZFRANQUICIAS area exploring all the entrepreneurship opportunities in the world of franchising.
This year the big new feature has been the BIZ Digital Experience by Sportmas, an area where visitors have been able to interact with all the new technologies transforming the retail and catering sector, so as to address changes in the consumer’s relationship with their bricks-and-mortar and online environment.
The outcome has been extremely successful in terms of both visitor participation and also content quality. Once again BIZBARCELONA is positioned as the key annual date for driving the economic activity of entrepreneurs and SMEs.
