Guided Reading– Small group instruction– Specific focus
Spelling– Words Their Way Program– Homework Monday - Thursday
Students will focus on weekly pattern/rule.
Standardized Test-Taking Skills– Test administered in April
Writing– Guided writing and emersion into writing – Writing process– Quarterly Writing Focus– 6+1 Traits incorporated into writing lessons
Math Topics Basic Facts
