External Facebrick Walls (As per Elevations) To be a 230mm COROBRIK – ROAN SATIN laid flat, in stretcher bond bedded and jointed in class 2 cement mortar including all necessary expansion joints, brick reinforcement at every 4th layer unless otherwise instructed.

External Wall Plaster and Paint (As per Elevations) To be painted with exterior grade super acrylic PVA: colour(s) to be selected by the Architect.

Internal Walls (dividing wall between units) Internal walls, COROBRIK – ROAN SATIN, flush jointed and painted with a sealant. 115mm laid in stretcher bond, bedded and jointed in 1:6 cement mortar, including all necessary expansion joints (if indicated by the Engineer), brick reinforcement at every 4th layer unless otherwise instructed and sundry labours.

Internal Wall Plaster and Paint All other walls to be plastered, one coat 1:6 cement sand finish to a minimum average thickness of 12 mm and painted. Internal walls to be painted with two coats of super acrylic PVA or similar approved.

Kitchen Wall tiles Glazed wall tiling will be provided min 600 high above worktop (full tiles) splash-back in kitchen. Aluminium edging to be installed only on edges of tile work (where rows of tiling end).

Bathroom Wall tiles Tiled to ceiling 300 x 600mm grey porcelain tile.
