It started with a few toothpicks…

Then it grew….

And grew….

and…. grew…

And grew until it was finished

In the end, there were a lot of burns, a lot of cleaning up to do in my dorm room, a little over 2100 toothpicks, and a very positive critique and feedback from my class. A very successful project. I would like to work again with toothpicks to make something of this scale because it was a big challenge, but was worth the hard work when I took a step back and really looked at my progress.
