Introduction

Thank you for downloading your workbook materials for “3 Keys to a

Greater Connection with Source.” My hope and wish is that, through

working with all of the materials provided in this program, you will find a

greater connection with Source occurring for you, and that you’ll find

motivation to keep going to move forward along your journey.

These are suggestions for working through the program:

1. Listen to one audio at a time before moving forward. This will

keep you from getting overwhelmed, and lead you to go deeper

within each section.

2. Pause the audios frequently. Some of this material is highly

concentrated and may be new to you. Take time to think about

and integrate these new ideas. Re-‐listen as often as you’d like.

3. Journal in the Workbook. Write in each section you’re listening

to, and answer the questions as best you can before moving on.

4. Monitor your growth. By listening, reflecting and writing your

thoughts, a tremendous amount of growth can occur. Honor

yourself during this time, and embrace the new changes!

You will receive as much out of this program as you put into it. Keep in

mind that this is a journey. There are innumerable gifts that can last you a

lifetime by participating fully and giving it your all. The questions that have

been written here are drawn from a very high place of love, wisdom and

guidance. There are no wrong answers.

If you haven’t done so already, I encourage you to print out the

Workbook, and download the audios to a portable player. By beginning and

deepening a meditation practice, keeping a journal, and contemplating and

writing your answers to the questions here, you’ll discover an entirely new

interior world available to you. By strengthening your connection first with

your inner-‐self, then listening to and allowing a Higher Power to guide you, all

the potentials inherent in your right livelihood begin to come alive with

vibrancy.

After you’ve worked with the course for a while, start implementing a

few new changes in your daily routine. Return to your journal frequently to

reflect on thoughts and challenges that come your way. Ask for guidance, and

trust what you’re receiving. The journey back to your real self is just

beginning.

Introduction

What is your concept of Source or any Higher Power that exists?

Do you believe this Higher Power has a presence within you?

Were you brought up with any kind of religious practice, and if so,

what are your thoughts and feelings about that upbringing now?

Are you open to receive new ideas or suggestions on how to

better connect with this higher source within? Or are you

feeling resistance to this idea?

Do you consider yourself to be on a spiritual path? If so, how long

have you had this awareness?

In thinking about your past, where you have felt the most challenged

and why?

What areas of your life are of most concern to you now? How long

have you felt these concerns?

What has motivated you to expand your spirituality?

What are your understandings of being a conscious co-‐creator with

a Higher Source of power?

Name some of the things that bring you higher experiences in your

life: those of joy and deep fulfillment. List at least 10 things, be they

situations, circumstances or feelings.

reflection of your own interior world? Consider those things you

think to be both ‘good’ and ‘bad’.

What has been your experience of practicing the Law of Attraction?

Meditation

Have you tried to meditate in the past, and if so, what has been your experience so far?

Have you ever felt yourself having a fulfilling meditation practice?
