Referrals should in my opinion form part of any business growth plan. Yet amazingly enough so many larger companies, SME's and sole traders fail to get anywhere near the referrals they should. The four step formula for getting more referrals addresses the main reasons people don't get referrals and are not successful at referral marketing. The steps may seem simple but so often the simple things are overlooked.
