When we go out to eat, the chefs preparing the food are likely not thinkingabout how much we should be eating. We tend to not police ourselvesbecause we think that since it’s on the plate it should be eaten. How manytimes have you gotten a doggie­bag for your food? When was the last time?

more than what it would be otherwise.
