5 Sure-Fire Ways To Workout Your Body While Cleaning
The daily cleaning routine is like a punishment to you? With some multitasking exercises, you will be doing the chore anyway. Yet, you will add purpose and technique to tone your muscles. You can do the following 7 exercises while you deal with necessary obligations like scrubbing different surfaces, grooming your pets, cleaning your oven and so forth!
Drag with RagsThis technique will shape your inner, outer thighs, your core muscles, and also makes you well-toned! It is perfect for floor dusting or other similar jobs. You can perform the moves while you bathe your kids, fold laundry, or do your dishes. Grab two pieces of cloth, and step on each of them. Have your legs shoulder width apart and do some crouching. Keep your buttocks tucked in, your back in straight position, and abs tight. Now take the right leg and slide it in and out a couple of times times cleaning the grime off your floors, switch legs and repeat the motion with your left leg. Do it more than ten minutes, to achieve good results. Remember, the more intensity you put in this exercise, the better results you get for your body and for your homes hygiene.
Wax on Wax OffUse your abdomen while your torso is up, with your shoulders relaxed. The more you workout your belly muscles the more results youll get. Select the hand you wish to start with and as you clean a surface scrub tightly to get resistance. Try to isolate the muscles. Repeat the motion ten times on each side to get the build-ups off your oven hobs or counter tops! Do this exercise while you wipe the surfaces around your home and enjoy the success! Dont twist your hips and stick to the correct position all the time! Get nice abs with this: keep your hips lined with the counter or whatever object youre cleaning. As you rinse your surface with a detergent, use your right hand and press down to make 10 circling moves. Do the same with your other hand. Apply this technique every time you clean a table, a counter top, or your cookers stoves.
For more advanced training, try to move the cooker aside and reach the backside to clean it. Quite a lot of dust and dirt builds up there and under most cookers. This area usually needs some serious cleaning but is often neglected because of the hard access to the place. Spills are also a common problem which may push you to clean behind and under the cooker. However, if you have a built in oven, just the inside cooking chamber would be enough. That means you'll have to squat and reach your hands forwards. This will be good for your legs, abdomen and arms.
Tip: Use green cleaning solutions or protective mask during the washing. Some professional cleaners recommend the usage of safe detergents instead of protection because of the heavy breathing during the process. Even more, during the winter season, when it's not best to open the windows of your property, natural cleaning solutions seem like the obvious choice. Professional London oven cleaners (1) claim that the most suitable cleaning solutions are so green, you can drink them.
Tip2: when cleaning aga ovens, it is essential to turn the oven off several hours before the cleansing as these have perfect heat isolation and will be impossible to clean for several hours after turning off.
Cleaning tip: Reach the heating element of the oven and the fan. Remove as much grease as possible and scrub the burns from the bottom with a spatula. In order to reduce the amount of similar cleaning for the future, lay a piece of alumina foil on the bottom and simply replace it every time the old one gets dirty.
Time PressesBasically, this is a push up that you can do at your sink, whenever you toss a dish in there. Say to yourself: will do 10 push ups every time. And 12-15 every third time". Keep your back and neck in a straight line with your hands on the counter top. Then bring your chest to the surface while you keep the aforementioned position. Go on and repeat. Don't forget to keep your neck straight in line with your vertebrae, and your belly tight.
Leg Lifts to the SideHere it goes: do some kicks with your legs and get superb results. It is a matter of proper form and shape. If can do this exercise while you do the dishes, or do something else that will work your inner and outer thighs. This includes your core muscles as well. Begin with a straight position, again just like a soldier on marching drill. Make sure you keep your shoulders relaxed and your abdomen tight. This is essential for your balance. Start with your right leg, (or the left), and kick to the side, (20 cm) with your foot flexed. The flex will help you work the outer part of your thighs. Make sure that you square your legs off to what you are facing. Keep your tummy fixed, and torso pulled up to maintain your balance. Kick down and up 20 times on each side as part of your daily routine.
Bath Tub DipsImprove the softened back of your arms while you bathe your children. The
following exercise gives you fast results. It works as a bench press. Proceed with 2-3 sets of 10 while the bath water runs to fill up the tub. It goes like this: Face away from the bathtub and keep your hands behind you on the tubs edge. Keep your arms straight. Bend your knees and place your legs shoulder width apart. Bend your elbows and bring your buttocks down, until you almost touch the floor. Meanwhile, keep your abs tight, and shoulders down. Hold for one second than lift yourself up as you straighten your arms. Do this 10 times. If you have the strength for another set, go on.
Have fun (2)Domestic chores, cleaning and cooking should not be boring in any case. You should have fun and enjoy the time spend in washing and ordering around. Play some music, find something funny or simply do the cleaning in an artistic manner. No matter what it works for you, try not to think about these or other domestic chores as boring and tedious. You will not benefit from that in any way.
