*I found SPSS program very interesting and easy to use. I haven't used it before, but I consider it

very useful for data analysis.

*I've refreshed my knowledge on health economics and SPSS applicative software.

*The most important was laboratory course, because I learned things I did not know before.

*I learn more about SPSS and it was very, very interesting. Also, prof. John apostrof to us very

good information about patient safety and competetive analysis. Prof. Petros was also perfect and

interesting

*All topics were equally interesting, broadening existing knowledge and helping me to understand

the new issues in this area

*The most important thing I learned was about current health statistics and hot issues in health

area in the world. We've heard many interesting examples, and health was nicely associated with

other areas, making it closer to the participants.

*The most interesting and useful part of the course was information on the costs of keeping the

hard copies of medical records and cost - benefit analysis of IT systems in healthcare systems.

Besides this, it was very valuable to learn on new methodologies of measuring and estimating costs

of healthcare.

*Having in mind that I am working in Ministry of health of Montenegro in Department for health

economics and IT, my opinion is that SPSS system is very useful and could expand my current

knowledge, and it could expend statistic in health system.

*There was no lecture about the SPSS Applications.

Q11. What did you like most in the training?

*Everything was interesting, lecturers were good and approachable.

*I liked Dr. Petros and Dr. Parisis approach and assistance. The whole course was interesting and

useful.

*I liked both theoretical parts with good points Mantas and practical SPSS work in lab.

*SPSS applications

*SPSS training was the most interesting and we learn much about contribution of SPSS system in

health organization. It was very interactive and significant to me

*I had liked everything, because it had a lot of practical information which would contribute in my

further professional development.

*Practical part in SPSS

*Practical part and usage of IT program for analysis

*The SPSS system for statistics date in health system.

*The exercise about SPSS application.

Q12. Do you have any suggestions on how to improve the training next time?

*More days for training on practical application in health economics and analysis.

*Everything was fine. I would only suggest more days for practical work.

*To have a broaden introduction on health analytic of economic results and an introduction to the

health system of the country

*It could be just a little slowly explanation of SPSS but was very good. Excellent.

*The training was very well organised, so I would not change anything.

*No.

*No suggestions, well done, thank you!

*I don't have any suggestions. Thank you very much.

*No.

The second day, 16th January 2018, Dr. Olga Siskou gave a lecture regarding the fundamentals Health Economics. The discipline of Health Economics was introduced both from the private and the public perspective in the relation to the marketing aspects and the effectiveness of the healthcare system. In the practical part of the presentations, the OECD database was introduced regarding the health economics themes. The participants interacted individually with the healthcare data of different countries to understand the relations and differences. The approach of data comparison facilitated the understanding of the enormous research potential of Health Economics.

*Different stages in health planning cycles and methodological approach to scientific resources of

various epidemiological data.

*The complete training was interesting; I have no specific information that seems the most

important.

*I learned about Health planning cycle. The training was very interesting, and it kept my attention.

*What I value the most is profound explanation and understanding of health planning cycle and

methods of its implementation in different health systems. Also, methodology of research

regarding the epidemiology seemed very interesting and useful for various fields of my work.

*Detailed explanation of health planning cycle.

*I've learned that general research methodology principles have great importance in health policy

issues. As a person not being an expert in health economics the course was very interesting and

informative for me.

*About the epidemiology and making-police for economist.

*I preferred part regarding health policy issues

*Public health Policy, epidemiology and analysis of the researches.

Q11. What did you like most in the training?

*I found each topic interesting and I had enjoyed while listening it, as it will be helpful in my

further professional development.

*Possibility to improve methodological approach to science research related to health issues

through the interesting presentation.

*I have no specific topic that seems the most interesting, everything was useful and improved my

current knowledge.

*I liked how professors approached the subject.

*Practical examples of both parts of the course.

*Both theoretical and practical part was very useful and will help me in my future work.

*Well prepared and coordinated trainers succeeded in presenting the importance of health policy

issues in society and the importance of well-planned research in this area for policy decision

making.

Overall: All courses taught in an interactive way allowing the trainees to interact with the teachers. There was an exemplary high level of interest of the trainees in all aspects of the fields covered in relation to the overall theme of Health Economics independent of the background of each participant. Irrespective of the very intensive teaching and demanding content the participants reached a high level of interaction and awareness of the field of Health Economics The overall conclusion is that both teachers and participants enjoyed the interaction and had a very fruitful teaching experience. The teaching material was available at the Moodle platform on time and that was well accepted by the participants. Finally, this theme was accompanied with hands on experience of laboratory exercises and that was also well accepted and endorsed as a very good approach in teaching in demanding themes such as Health Economics .
