ENGAGE case study – eagle boys LSM Kit background the task: Eagle Boys Pizza have been serving customers great tas7ng and great value pizzas for 25 years. They have grown to become Australia’s second largest pizza chain, opera7ng over 300 franchised stores across the country. Eagle Boys Pizza viewed local store marke7ng as cri7cal to the success of their customer and sales growth and to developing customer preference and loyalty. They also believed it was cri7cal to their franchisee and consumer engagement. Eagle Boys Pizza approached us to develop and create the processes, tools, guidance and implementa7on which would enable their franchisees to undertake effec7ve and efficient local store marke7ng. campaign elements We knew that Eagle Boys needed a one stop shop or “Do It Yourself” manual with a series of turn key promo7onal ideas and solu7ons that were easy to understand, easy to execute and easy to afford. We knew they needed tools which helped them to do the right thing, the right way and get the right result. The answer was to create, from the ground up, a customised and comprehensive Local Store Marke7ng (LSM) Kit which contained 20 turn key sales programs with detailed step by step execu7on instruc7ons, complete templates of all artwork and tools to educate and guide franchisees toward more effec7ve and efficient local marke7ng. We delivered the LSM Kit online through the Eagle Boys marke7ng portal and produced for every store their own copy as a printed, full colour hard copy LSM Kit Manual. results: Since we published the LSM Kit, the number of Eagle Boys franchisees undertaking local marke7ng has jumped by 22%.
