How do I contact my child?

Ø Wifi will be available at the hotel. Ø Accompanying adults will be provided with a UK

phone and local number which will be shared with the school and parents prior to the excursion.

Ø UK sim cards available to purchase (ensure phone is unlocked) – not necessary/recommended

What if my child gets sick?

Ø Full Travel and Medical Insurance included in the package

Ø In-house nurse and first aid trained staff at school

Ø Automatically registered with local GP

Ø Access to the fantastic NHS services (except for dental care/ pre-travel check is recommended)

Ø £80-£100 is the recommended amount of spending money per week

Visa Application Process Ø  A visa is not required for Chilean passport holders

visiting the UK for a period of 6 months or less

Ø AQE will issue invitation and enrolment letters to support students arriving at UK Border

Ø Students of other nationalities might require a visa and AQE can offer support in this

Excursion Fees

The all-inclusive price per person is 2,200,000 CLP

Please note:

•  Price includes: Return Travel from SCL to LHR, UK airport Transfers, Private Coach Transfer within the UK, Full Travel and Medical Insurance, Full English Literature and History tour, Appointed Delegation Manager for NIDO, Accommodation, All meals, All entrance fees and activity fares, all other services, charges and prevailing taxes.

•  Fees are to be made in two installments

•  Prices are based on 15 students travelling with two accompanying adults FOC

•  Additional accompanying adults can be arranged at a supplement
