AAU conclude the work of the “International Conference of Science and Arts”Al Ain University of Science and Technology concluded the work of the “International Conference of Science and Arts”, which was launched in Al Ain campus, in collaboration with the American International Journal of Arts and Sciences, and under the patronage of Sheikh Hazza bin Tahnoun bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, the Undersecretary of the Diwan of the Ruler’s Representative in the Eastern Region.
In the presence of the University President ,, AAU organized the Honor List CeremonyIn the context of supporting the distinguished students, Al Ain University of Science and Technology –Al Ain Campus- organized the ‘Honor List Ceremony’ to honor the excellent students from different majors, in the presence of Prof. Ghaleb El-Refae –AAU President, Deans of Colleges, outstanding students and their parents. This ceremony was the tenth meeting to credit these distinguished students to the list of honor.
AAU President welcomes the Secretary General of the Association of Arab UniversitiesA continuation of them in consolidating the bonds of international cooperation in the academic field, Prof. Ghaleb al-Refae –AAU President of Al Ain University of Science and Technology, greeted the Secretary General of the Association of Arab Universities, Prof. Sultan Abu Orabi, with presence of a number of deans at the university.
AAU organized the Sports Games ChampionshipIn the framework of its interest in combining between the education with entertainment, the Deanship of Student Affairs at Al Ain University of Science and Technology –Al Ain Campus- organized the Sports Games Championship 2015-2016, for the students in each of the following games: cross country, basketball, badminton, tug of war, football, volleyball, table tennis and chess, where the students have spent some good healthy times.
Meeting about the “Excellence Award in Accounting and Finance”Anxious to encourage the students and motivate the spirit of competition, the College of Business Administration organized a meeting between Ernst & Young (EY) Training Center and students of the college in Al Ain University of Science and Technology –Al Ain Campus, to talk about the “Excellence Award in Accounting and Finance”, it was presented by Liliane Hamzeh, HR Senior Manager, and Maha Al Adhami, Manager in EY Training Department.
AAU organized a lecture entitled “The Journey of the Government of Dubai”Because excellence is the foundation of every success, the Deanship of Student Affairs at Al Ain University of Science and Technology –Al Ain Campus- organized a lecture entitled “The Journey of Excellence the Government of Dubai”, in collaboration with the College of Law, it was presented by Dr. Ahmed Abdullah Nuseirat –General Coordinator of the Dubai Government Excellence Program- The lecture was attended by a group of deans, administrative staff, and university students.

Students of College of Communication in AAU visits AD RadioAnxious to combine theoretical practical education, the College of Communication at Al Ain University of Science and Technology –Al Ain Campus- organized a visit to the Abu Dhabi Radio, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs.The visit comes from the belief of the University and the faculty in the importance of the combining theory with pragmatism.
AAU –Abu Dhabi Campus- organized workshop entitled “The Basics of Creative Writing”Anxious to build up the culture and the creativity among students, the Deanship of Student Affairs organized a workshop entitled “The Basics of Creative Writing”, in Al Ain University of Science and Technology –Abu Dhabi Campus- in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Community Development, presented by poet / Sameh Kawash, in the presence of faculty and students.
Because it Matters to Us ,, AAU Organized a Visit to Tawam Hospital on the Occasion of “World Child Cancer”Anxious to raise awareness and to provide psychological and moral support to the sick children, the Deanship of Student Affairs at Al Ain University of Science and Technology – Al Ain Campus- organized a visit to Tawam Hospital in Al Ain, on the occasion of “World Child Cancer”.The aim of the visit is to participate with children, bring joy to their hearts, and to inspire their spirits during their healing process.
AAU –Abu Dhabi Campus- organized a workshop entitled “First Aid Basics”In collaboration with the Emirates Red Crescent, the Deanship of Student Affairs in Al Ain University of Science and Technology –Abu Dhabi Campus- organized a workshop entitled “First Aid Basics”, presented by Mr. Muhanad Al Momani.The workshop aimed to train the students and employees on how to provide a primary care to save a life of any person who may be exposed to emergency health case such as: bleeding, wounds, fractures or fainting, which is considered as an initially aid until a specialized person arrives and provide a medical care for the patient or to be transferred to the nearest hospital or medical clinic.
Healthy Day and open discussion on the occasion of “World Child Cancer”Anxious to raise awareness and to provide psychological and moral support, the Deanship of Student Affairs organized a “Healthy Day” on the occasion of “World Child Cancer”. The event was at Al Ain University of Science and Technology –Abu Dhabi Campus- in collaboration with the NMC Specialty Hospital.
AAU –Ad Campus- organized a lecture entitled “The role of research in the development of the industrial technology and performance improvement” Because technology has become the language of the era, the Deanship of Student Affairs organized a lecture entitled “The Role of Research in the Development of Industrial Technology and Performance Improvement”, It was presented by Dr. Al Mabrook Eissa Suliman, and attended by the university faculty and students.

AAU organized a lecture about “Knowledge Management”Anxious to support the faculty and staff, Al Ain University of Science and Technologyhosted Dr. John Girard from Middle Georgia State University, and who is engaged in the Fulbright specialist program from the United States, it was organized by the College of Business Administration –Al Ain Campus- to present a lecture entitled “Knowledge Management”, for the Heads of Administrative Departments.
AAU – Abu Dhabi Campus- organized a lecture about the Securities and CommoditiesIn collaboration with the Securities and Commodities Authority, the Deanship of Student Affairs in Al Ain university of Science and Technology –Abu Dhabi Campus- organized a lecture entitled “ The definition of the Securities and Commodities Authority and its role in the supervision of financial markets in United Arab Emirates”, in Al Dafra hall.
AAU –Abu Dhabi Campus- organized a lecture entitled “Electronic Crimes”In collaboration with the Committee of the interaction with the community at the Faculty of Law, the Deanship of Student Affairs at Al Ain University of Science and Technology -Abu Dhabi Campus- organized a lecture entitled “ Electronic Crimes”, it was presented by Dr. Muntaha AL Maqabla - Assistant Professor of criminal law at the university, the lecture was attended by a group of the academic, administrative staff, and students.
Abu Dhabi Campus organized a lecture entitled “Success Factors”Because the success is our goal, the Deanship of Student Affairs in Al Ain University of Science and Technology –Abu Dhabi Campus- organized in collaboration with Community Engagement Committee in College of Low, a lecture entitled “Success Factors”, presented by Dr. Maher Haswa and attended by Dr. Mahmoud Abd Al Hakam - Deputy Dean, College of Law- and number of students.
Deanship of Student Affairs organized a lecture about “Effective communication at work”Believing in the need for qualifying students and university graduates for the labor market, the Deanship of Student Affairs organized a lecture entitled “Effective Communication at Work” in Al Ain University of Science and Technology –Al Ain Campus, in collaboration with the College of Pharmacy and presented by Dr. Mohamed Ghattas, Assistant Professor in the College of Pharmacy, The lecture was attended by Dr. Khairi Mustafa, Dean of the College of Pharmacy, and with participation of the college students.
AAU Students –AD campus- visits Tawdheef exhibition 2016 Anxious to qualifying students for the job market, the Deanship of Student Affairs (AD Campus), organized a student visit to the Tawdheef Exhibition at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, on Wednesday, 03 Feb 2016.The visit included a multi tours and free lectures about job access, self-development and some other important skills.
